A woman has settled a dispute with her husband with a stab from a knife to his chest. The cause of the dispute? Okra.

A friend of the family told Stella Dimoko Korkus, that the husband had returned home to find his wife cutting okra in their bedroom.

A 32-year-old woman has been arrested and charged before Isolo Magistrates’ Court for allegedly biting her friend’s lower lip during a fight at Ajao Estate, Lagos State, western Nigeria.

The victim, Ada Joy Samuel, lost a part of her lower lip after she engaged Ejiofor Chioma in a street fight over allegation by Chioma that Ada was spreading gossip with her name.

The incident happened at Canal Extension, off Itanola Drive, Ajao Estate, Lagos where the two friends reside.

Journalists Shaker al-Johari and Mohammad al-Jayousi were debating the conflict on Jordan's Seven Stars programme on Thursday.

A man and his wife were on Wednesday arraigned in an Abeokuta Magistrates’ Court sitting at Isabo for allegedly fighting nude in public over alleged infidelity.

The accused, Kehinde Soetan, 37, and Aderinsola Lawal, 28, were arraigned for breach of public peace.
