Man poisons children after learning wife cheated on him

A New York man, Leonardo Espinal, has been sentenced to 20 years to life in prison for poisoning his children, a boy and a girl, after he learnt that his wife was having affairs with another man.

A man has been charged with attempted manslaughter after he confessed to shooting his 18-year-old son during an argument over orange juice.

The suspect, 58-year-old Eldridge Dukes, and his son were rowing on Sunday morning about the lack of juice, said police in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

A 32-year-old man, Ifeanyi Chukwu, was on Thursday arraigned before an Abule Egba Magistrates’ Court for allegedly beating and threatening to kill his mother.
Chukwu, a factory worker who lives with his mother is facing a three-count charge of assault, threatening by violence and causing damage.
