Chelsea have swooped to sign the dynamic midfielder for £32m, with a statement expected from the club a bit later on today:
Kante was shortlisted for the PFA Player of the Year award last season and made the PFA Team of the Year.
He was viewed by many as the signing of last summer after the Foxes snapped him up from Ligue 2 side Caen for just £5m.
So while Leicester will be distraught to lose their talisman, that’s a hefty profit.
But just how many more will be following Kante out the King Power Stadium exit door this summer?
