Nelly's rape accuser claims he raped her without a condom

The woman in the mist of the Nelly rape case, a 21-year-old Seattle resident has spoken up saying the rapper raped her without condom. she said she had bee partying with Nelly in Washington, ad got tipsy after drinking with her friends at his table.

She continued saying she was invited on Nelly's tour bus and when she got to his place tried to have sex wit he which she refused. She said Nelly did not like her her response and ordered her to "shut up". He said he wanted to have sex with her not using protection, when she refused he still went ahead doing it.


The 21-year old cotinued saying Nelly offered her some money which she refused before another lady came into where she was and said  "You gotta go." She was kicked her off the bus and $100 was thrown at her. 

The rapper has since denied the claims and his lawyer Scott Rosenblum, speaking about it said:

"It does not surprise me that she wanted to have her story publicized. That is playbook 101 of a person with an agenda and clearly she has one. The agenda is money, fame and notoriety." 

Rosenblum says he has an investigator on the case adding: 

"We will be able to show by objective evidence and unbiased witnesses that she has zero credibility." 

"She's a person who is making a dangerous, fraudulent allegation to accomplish her own goals."
