Asamoah Gyan denies any involvement in the sacrificial killing of Ghanaian rapper Castro

Former Sunderland striker Asamoah Gyan has been forced to release a statement denying rumours linking him to the ritual killing of his friend and rapper, Castro.
Music artist Castro disappeared alongside his girlfriend Janet Badu while using jet skis on a holiday with Gyan's family in the Ghanian holiday resort of Ada, in July 2014.

Ghanaian Movie Producer Fond Of Sleeping With Young Girls Nabbed


A Ghanaian movie producer who has made sleeping with young girls another trade has been nabbed by the Police. His bubble however busted when he deceived a certain 17-year old girl that he can get her a movie role in an upcoming talk of the town movie.

He kept deceiving the girl for a while and later asked for sex, so he could get her on the final list, an act she consented to. Sadly she never got featured in the movie or any at that.

Ghanaian footballers-Sulley Muntari and Kevin Prince Boateng has been SACKED from Black Stars camp. The two were asked to leave by 8am… This comes ahead of Ghana’s match with Portugal tonight. We are not certain if the two will play tonight following the SACK.

Ghana President, Mahama Begs Black Stars Not To Boycott Portugal Game


It seems all is not well in the Black Stars of Ghana camp in Brazil... Despite an earlier refutal of reports that members of the playing body of the Ghanaian national football team, currently in Brazil, were contemplating a boycott of the much anticipated match with Portugal in protest of unpaid bonuses, it has now been revealed that President John Dramani Mahama has had to call the captain of the Black Stars to urge them not to go on with their threat.

Ghana's football association has called in police after being caught up in an alleged match-fixing sting.
An undercover probe reportedly filmed a FIFA agent and a senior figure in the Ghanaian FA claiming they could hire officials to fix friendlies involving Ghana.

6 Nigerians Arrested For Forgery In Ghana

Six Nigerians have been arrested for allegedly forging letterheads of the Office of the President of Ghana, John Mahama and other state institutions to defraud people.
They are Paul Kelvin, 20; Wallace Darden Odon, 28; Osamidiamwen Ikecheku Emeka, 24; Prince Ejime, 19; Charles Chinedu, 32, and Adebayoo Alaba Saheed, 21. They are all unemployed.

With an average age of 25.44, Ghana’s Black Stars have been credited with the most youthful squad in Brazil.

The average age of Ghanaian and Nigerian players at the 2014 World Cup are the smallest in the competition, official data provided show.

2 Nigerian Students In Accra Defraud Knustford University  
Nigerian students of Knutsford University College in Accra have been arraigned before an Accra Circuit Court for stealing an amount of $80,000 belonging to the school. The two level 300 stu­dents, Femi Job and Gaius Biboye, have been charged with four counts of stealing, falsification of accounts and forging of documents.

The Techiman police in Ghana nabbed the boy and the photo you see above was taken.

18-year-old Nigerian undergraduate killed in Ghana over $4,500

                                   
Godwin Awogbo, an 18-year-old 300 level Social Science student of University of Cape Coast in Central region, Ghana, was brutally killed on February 20, 2014.
His lifeless body was reportedly found on the school campus with some of his internal organs gorged out, while his hands and legs were tied.
